In the mid-1970's, Veronica formed a nonprofit society and broadcast Veronica television and radio stations within the Dutch public broadcasting system and launched (September 1971) Veronica Magazine, which grew to over one million subscribers. Today Veronica Magazine has a circulation of over 1 million copies, making it the best read magazine in the Netherlands. The Mothers Of Invention: "Overnite Sensation"
By Evert Wilbrink, p 34

Automatic translation: Zappa has gathered yet another Mothers. In which Ian Underwood, George Duke, Jean-Luc Ponty and Sal Marguez were recalled from various older formations. The "Overnight Sensation" they made is just a good Mothers record. In which the spirit of "Absolutely Free" and "We're Only In lt For The Money" was coupled with the technique of "Hot Rats". It's all very well put together and only the drumming evokes nostalgia for the better Aynsley Dunbar. Seven fine works with nice texts are contained in the very nicely drawn cover.
