Blue Jean, a long-running Turkish youth and music magazine (founded in 1987), ceased regular publication after March 2016 issue. In January 2016, the magazine was rebranded as a magazine aimed at a slightly older audience, but this did not save it. After that, a few more issues aimed at teenagers were published irregularly until 2020. Since 2007, the magazine has had a metal-oriented supplement, Headbanger, and since 2009, a publication aimed at young girls, Pop Up.
