Right On!

 USA

Right On!, the first of the "Jesus papers", was published as a counterpoint to the Berkley Barb. It's founding organization, the Christian World Liberation Front split in 1975 and control of the paper stayed with staffer Sharon Gallagher. The name change the following year reflects this event, and completes the change in character of the paper from it's radical roots. Radix takes on a mellower, more literary tone than Right On! reflected in it's heyday. First issue: July 1969. Final issue: June 1976. (cmnexus.org)
