Music Machine Magazine was a free, independent print
publication created in 2008 with the clear objective of providing
information related to the entire cultural and musical movement
in and around Bogotá. The very last printed issue #31 appeared
in April 2018, after which the website
musicmachine.com.co
will continue to operate. The magazine tried to be "a meeting
point for different musical genres and opinions that stand in
total opposition to the existing traditional media in Colombia".

Words fall short of defining the scope of the
work of this multifaceted figure who, 45 years ago, released
Freak Out!, a Dadaist collage set to music that took everyone
by surprise. Some refer to Frank Zappa as the Marcel Duchamp
of rock; I don't know, but he was certainly a complete musician,
a consummate artist.
