Aunt Jemima's Freak Family Album

Very little is known about this 8-page publication. Maybe it's not a fanzine at all and should be filed under Books. It's also possible, that this publication was an add-on to some bootleg album.
Javier Marcote send me this entry (thank you, Javier!) and he commented, that there is a funny Spanglish used like "Promo-Pictchas ... El Courtesy de la Bizar & Discreeto". This item was offered as a Spanish fanzine, but may be of Californian origin.
On the cover is written:
